About Us

Ashgrove Care Home is a CQC registered nursing and residential care home for people over 65, the home opened in the 1970’s. 

The home was acquired in November 2022 and we have focused on improving the appearance of the home and growing the staff group, we strive to deliver the best person-centred care for those with dementia.

We have 33 single nursing bedrooms and 18 single residential beds. The nursing unit is over 2 floors, fully accessible via a lift, and the residential unit is on a single level. Both units’ have communal bathrooms with bath and shower facilities, each bedroom on the residential unit has en-suite facilities. Our Housekeeping team keep the home clean daily and we encourage residents to make their rooms as homely as they wish.

We have on-site parking for visitors and we welcome you to visit your loved one as often as you wish.

We have full Covid policies and procedures in place and in the event of a breakout and ask that visitors don PPE to keep our residents safe.
